Regarding different name in certificates and passport

One of my cousin got different name in her certificates and passport. Now she wants to apply for US H1B visa.
Is this gives her any problem in Embassy.
Could anybody give suggestion please

Yes it will cause problems because it raises questions about the true indentity of the applicant and the matter of fraud. Provide original official documentation detailing the name changes e.g. marriage certificates, previous passports etc. I expect the Consular Officer to conduct an intense interview of the applicant.
