Advice On Eu 1 Application Please!!!!

I have less that 6weeks for my temporarily 6 month to finish. My landlord gave me a letter with the copy of PRBT Registration form with a copy of bank draft that he was going to register me that i sent to DOJ 4 MONTHS AGO,But whenever i called Prbt the say the never received any application and they dont have nothing like that on their system. My fear is that it seems my landlord did not sent it out. Will this affect my EU 1 Application or what should i do.

this is simple case. All you need to do is to confront your Landlord and ask him if he did registered you and that you called PRTB and they told you that his name is not on their system.
And to be free from that worry, you can tell your landlord that you may wish to pay PRTB fees.
My last landlady did the same thing. She told me that she registered us with PRTB and of course she brought their form for us to sign but I couldnt confirm it from PRTB office. We have to leave the apartment and our new landlord did register us which took only 4 weeks to get the confirmation.

I have already done that whenever i confront him he tells me that he posted the registration to PRBT, I bought the bank draft myself of 140Euro.The last time i saw him I told him that since PRBT did not get the registration form that i am willing to pay the fees myself and take it to the office. He told me not to worry that he has called someone in the office who is a friend to help him trace it. I did send an email to PRBT to complain and they gave me an enforcement email address to send them the name of my landlord and address. My fear is that hope it will not affect my application? Since i have done my best but it seems the landlord dont want to register.
