Required Sponsorship Underking/Affidavit Of Support format

I am in uk under Tier 1 for 3 year and I am applying for my wife as my dependent now someone told me that I need to attach the Sponsorship Underking/Affidavit Of Support letter as well which I need to get attested from lawyer here in UK, please provide the format for this letter

Rather than believing on hearsay, it will be in your interest that you read the PBS dependent policy guidance to understand what all documents and evidences are required for EC application as dependent of a Tier 1 migrant.

This said, attestation can be done by solicitors in the UK. Check yellow pages / your high street and you'll find ample contact details.
