3 April - What docs are needed for Extension

Post by Capetonian1 » Tue Apr 04, 2006 12:44 pm

I was eligible to apply for my ILR in June but due to these changes I will be forced to apply for an extension.

My question is, does anybody know what documents I/my company will need to provide for my extension?

As we are a small company with less than ten employees, my boss has requested me to run around and gather the necessary information. Problem I’m finding is nobody wants to tell me what documents I need to provide. They all expect me to pay them a deposit first. Catch 22 for me as my employer will not release any funds without getting all the relevant info.

Employers letter mentioning that your job with them is continuing for the foreseeable future
Your passport

Can't think of anything else... other than the filled forms.

How long is your WP valid for?

So you need to extend your WP as well...
I can suggest an agency, reputable, you can always pay the fees and then get money back from your employer.

Your advise would be invaluable to me. Please let me know of an agency or Solicitor.
