A quick one

Hi Guys,

just a quick question. I am a EU member A-8 living with my non-EU spouse in a non EU country. We are planning to move to Europe for work and have already got an entry visa for my spouse. We would like to know, once we get to the destination do I have to find a job first to register for my spouse to get a permit and work or they can register and get a permit to work straight away?
