Inorder to assist, some further details would be required on your personal circumstance.

1. How old are the children? and are they the children of this EEA national? who is the primary carer of them, is it you or the EEA national? and are the children in Education.

2. Has the EEA national on whom you depend, been in employment since, and is he/she prepared to provide you with evidence of this for the Home Office.

3. I am not quite sure you will be able to Naturalise at this moment for a variety of reasons.
