No. Though the IO may insist.marcbreathnach wrote: 1) Does my wife need to fill out a landing card?
Yes. If this is the first time that she is being admitted into the UK under this category, but the IO stamp is just to say that she was seen on entry. Her EEA Family permit is valid for 6 months from date of issue which is irrelevant as she has a right to reside in the UK with you for as long as you both wish. She can apply for a RC as soon as is possible.2) Does the immigration officer have to stamp her passport and if so, how long is the stamp valid for?
Whose the one with the attitude here? I am trying to help out here and that's all I get in return? The answer to the the last three questions are very clear from the link above. Maybe you read it again and also spend some time clicking some links there. The answer to the first one can be easily found on this forum with some willingness of your own to do some research. But maybe you expect the fine people here to also spoon-feed that you?marcbreathnach wrote:Lose the attitude fella!
Where exactly was the lack of politness there? Me showing an attitude here was simply an insinuation of yours... So thanks for your advice but I'll have pass it back to you. Maybe you can make use of it.marcbreathnach wrote:"....last time..." politesness works too you know.
