Info about previous refusal of Tier 1

Post by aaj123 » Fri Sep 03, 2010 11:42 pm

The last time that my spouse and myself had applied for a Tier 1, it was rejected because I had not supplied the correct bank statements for proving availability of maintenance funds. Now we are applying again. Do I need to mention anywhere in the Tier 1 form about my previous visa refusal? I didn't find any question in the form related to this? There is a section in the form where they ask for previous Home Office reference numbers and there I have mentioned the reference number of the earlier refusal letter? Is that all that is required from me when I send in my application this time?
