EEA2 REFUSED , URGENT HELP PLEASE

my EE2 was refused because i failed to supply evidence of fianacial fund from my sister before coming to the UK , i have just short period to decide if i want to appeal or send the form appeal form back to the case worker , please advice , . i need your help .
i have two questions here ,
i decide to take a lawyer but he seem not to take my case serious , or should i simply post the proofs of financial dependency to the case worker , cos i have what he requested for this time , that is affidavite and financial proofs. please advice.

YES , AS MY SISTER DEPENDENT , WAS SIMPLY REFUSED COS I DIDNNT SUBMIT FINACIAL EVIDENCE B4 COMING TO THE UK , BUT I HAVE WHAT MY CASE WORKER REQUESTED FOR , EVERYTHING BUT AM CONFUSED , SHOULD I SUBMIT IT TO MY CASE WORKER FOR RECONSIDERATION, AND AT THE SAME TIME APPEAL AGANIST IT IN COURT , , WHAT DO U THINK , COS THE LAWYER I MET , IS JUST ASKING FOR CASH ,IS NOT ACTUALLY INTRESTED IN MY CASE , SO AM SCARE

I think your only choice is appeal or reapply as the case has been refused

o.k , but the case worker said i can start other reasons if i want the residence card , within 10 days or appeal , he gave me two options

You can certainly do both.... appeal and also re-apply(state your facts to the case worker).
