I am considering PR to Canada and require your assistance. I have surfed the CIC websites and also recent posts from past 3 months and would like to post my question with hopes someone can help simplify the process. Please can anyone who have filed their own PR recently provide guidance as to exact process and documents requirements.
I understand the following for my NOC as 1122. I have over 10 years management experience out of which past 16 months has been as a consultant providing management services to a UK based company in India.
Step 1 - Send duly filled applictions to Nova scotia with photocopies of passport, qualification documents, Employment details, tax returns, Bank details, Maintenance funds.
Please can you share an example of letter from employee explaining duties carried out?
Step 2 - Upon receiving file number from New Delhi, submit Medical and Police Clearance
Step 3 - ?
