Tier 1 General Visa Dependent Application

Post by replyashish » Sun Sep 05, 2010 11:57 am

I successfully received my Tier 1 post study visa and my partner's dependent visa about two months back.

In another 4 months, I aim to convert mine to Tier 1 General so that the period of stay is counted for ILR. Can I also apply for my partners visa again although for her the category does not change. I would ideally prefer to have her visa validity same as mine to ensure renewal at the same time and at minimal cost.
