When can i apply ?

Hello All,

I came to UK on student visa in July 2002.
switched to PWS in 2008
Granted HSMP ( Tier 1) july 2010 to july 2012

My child was born in the UK on June 2009, just need to know when i can apply for the ILR. Is there any law exist under my circumstances i could apply as my child was born in this country.

Any human law or law exist i could apply before the 10 years.

July 2012, under 10 yr. long residence category (if it exists then).

where do well stand if the government change the ILR of 10 years rule.

No-where, if it is scrapped! Continue on Tier 1 until you become eligible for settlement / probationary citizenship under PBS route.
