Older non-asylum cases.

In regard to my previous posts - The UKBA requested further documents because they were about to review my case. This came from a department in Manchester called MNC1.

I did a little research and found out that this department is called Manchester Non Charged 1. It was established by CRD to deal with the 40,000 old non-asylum cases.

My questions are:
1) Does any one know or have any further information on this team?
2) Since it was set up by CRD, will this department process these claims under legacy procedures and guidelines?
