Dependents employability status in Tier 2

Post by shuvogr » Fri Sep 10, 2010 12:35 pm

Hi
I am applying for a Tier 2 being sponsored by my Company. My wife works for another company that has a UK subsidiary. My questions are:

1. If a I get a dependent Visa for my wife, will she be allowed to work in a full-time position in UK?

2. considering she is qulified for Tier 1 as well, will it be better (easier, cheaper, surer) to apply for Tier 1 for her?

3. She works for a company that has a UK subsidiary too. Supposing she gets too gets an ICT, will her Dependent status be of any impediment?

Will much appreciate a quick response.

cheers
