After PSW leaving country = claim my taxes?

Post by verityrose » Fri Sep 10, 2010 11:50 pm

Hi,

I've been working on a PSW visa for a year and unfortunately as my employer has yet to sort out their sponsorship licence I have to leave the UK to do the whole out-of-country application to return to the UK. This could take several months or less depending on situations.

My question is, can I claim back all the taxes I have paid so far in that one year?

Thanks all, help is much appreciated.

You can only claim back only excess tax paid in a particular financial year.
