sponsoring my niece to UK

Post by daljeet » Sat Sep 11, 2010 12:55 pm

Dear all

I need your expert advise, I have been living in the UK for the past 22 years, and would like my niece from India to come and live with me. I don't know where to start. I would really appreciate your advice and guidance.

regards

daljeet

How old is she - what's her situation?

What's your situation - are you a british citizen? If not - what leave are you on?

Dear MPH 80

Thanks for your interest.

I am on a indefinite visa, still holding Indian passport and working for NHS whereas my niece is 22 years old, single, has recently acquired maths honours degree from delhi university and currently studying MBA.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards

Daljeet

She can only come to the uk on a work visa or a student visa. UK is pretty strict when it comes to bringing family over.
I tell it like it is.
