recommendations for UK immigration lawyers/solicitors

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a lawyer in the UK who specilizes in UK immigration law. As you can imagine, for situations like these, word-of-mouth recommendations are probably one’s best bet , and honestly I am completely confused as to how to go about choosing a lawyer especially with so many lawyers out there and since I am also based outside the UK.

Any assitance would GREATLY appreciated!

thanks Vinny for sharing this link. I'm surprised how I missed this thread when I searched immigrationboards.com for soemthing similar.

I've gone through the thread, but would still welcome any personal "tried and tested" recommendations that members of this board may have. Thanks!
