Nope, needs to be two years worth of stuff. Maybe if you were short by a few months but to have one month's worth of statements is just not going to cut it sorry.
I tell it like it is.

Hi one final question before I rest my case, if I cannot prove any joint commitments, does this mean that my chances are equivalent to zero?

The only documents I have are for all my official letters coming to our residence.

Ok wait, do you have 6 sources of documents coming to your joint residence? If you have two years worth then you can apply for the upv. The docs don't have to be in joint names.

Ok what i have is:

Lived together: in the last 2 years in total in TWO different addresses

First half year - all bills are all in my name except TV bills my bf pays

Documents available: As i pay for all bills, I can prove my existence in this location with council tax, energy & water bills, bank letters, phone & internet bills, gp letters, tenancy agreements. he can prove his existence only with tv bills that he pays in this half year.

Next 1 and a half years - moved to another place, however bills are all in his name this time.

Documents available: As he pays for all bills, he can prove his existence in this location with council tax, energy bills, water bills, bank letters. I can prove my existence here with bank letters, gp letters, and mobile phone bills for this 1 and a half years.

What do you think are my chances? I know its not straightforward but we sorted things out in this way at that time and at each location we do not have enough
Thanks again so much for your help really appreciate it!!

Hmm this is a tricky one. I think that it's quite unbalanced so if I were you I wouldn't apply because it's quite a fee to just lose.
