Need a quick advice

Hi experts,

i have searched many threads in this forum but coudnt find a match to my query..i think so..its my incapability of searching..anyhow please excuse me if my question wud be a redundant one...one of a consultancy said it wud process the work oermit for me..but they wud set my reusme online and search for a job..once i get a job.there wud be 70-30 and so over ratio of earnings...am applying for tier 1 where in am qualified for points..am a 5 yr sap abap..BI experienced..i know that both ways i have to search jobs by myself..but which one wud be better? any ideas please?

With Tier 1 you can work for anyone. With a work permit, you work only for one company and incase it is an umbrella company you will sub-contract for different clients.
