On Work Permit and VISA for baby Girl

Post by smaganti » Tue Sep 14, 2010 9:34 pm

Hi,

i am on work permit and my baby girl was born in UK in Oct 2009..I will be eligible for ILR in July 2011.The question is do i need to apply for her visa or can i wait till my ILR.I will not be travelling out of UK before July 2011..

Will there be any problem if i don't apply visa? i have seen before that for children born in UK there is no need of visa if we don't travel outside of UK and they can legitimately live in UK without visa.please let me know
