Dual Nationality

I am applying for British naturalization very soon and I have a Pakistani nationality. Looking at website of Pakistan High commission in London, it seems Pakistan allows dual Nationality for UK.

Just want to know
1.how the dual nationality works? (do I need to pay extra fee to keep my Pakistani Nationality??)

2. When I get British naturalization, is my Pakistani ID card and Passport still be valid?
3.When I am traveling to Pakistan which Passport I will be using??
4.I hope that I don't need a visa for Pakistan??

Pakistan High commission in London is also giving details about NICOP and POC cards, do I need any of them. They are saying that if somebody have these cards, they will get Visa-free entry into Pakistan.

Lots of questions but I am quite sure many people have been in this situation, so please help
