No child mentioned when i apply

Post by sailesh » Wed Sep 08, 2010 9:27 am

Hello everyone
I would like to get some advice concerning my child i apply my visa on the end of march 2010 i did not mention that i had a 5 month old daughter
they refuse my application due to maintenance fund i had all my document send back to me with my passport when i check my money they were there but they counted it wrongly as feb had 28 days anyway i went to appeal and got a hearing on the 14 of this month later on when the judge pass the rule that only one day maintanance is require prior to 23 july so i went to my solicitor he ask me my bank statement tand he sent the passport with the statement and a letter which i did not read hat all it has been nearly 4 week am still waiting

My question is that when i will apply my visa next year wont they say that i did not mention that i had a daughter. this october i will in uk for 9 yrs and hopefully next year i will make it to 10 yrs will there be any sort of issue when i will be applying next year do i need or need not to say i have a daughter please help as i need to start planning and saving money for my new year application
thanks a lots
sailesh

Does the application form ask "Do you have any child(ren)?" or something similar? If not, disclosing the fact (or not disclosing it) is not relevant to the application.
