HI GUYS FOLLOWING IS THE CHECK LIST FOR THE DEPENDANT VISA PLS LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO INCLUDE OR SUBTRACT ANYTHIN

1 . VAF 10 form
2 . Covering Letter
3 . My passport
4 . Marriage Certificate
5 . Sponsor letter from spouse
6 . Copy of spouse passport and visa
7 . 3 months bank statements (Spouse)
8 . 3 months pay slip (Spouse)
9 . Reference letter from employer (Spouse)
1 0 .Rental Agreement (Spouse)
1 1 .P60 (Spouse)


AND ALSO IS IT NECESSARY TO GET THE SPONSORSHIP LETTER TO BE ATTESTED BY A SOLICITOR

Dear Tier 4.

you can attest ur passport urself by signing every page of photocopy, if u are sending it to ur homecountry where ur spouse is applying for dependant visa.

Most of people are attesting from solicitor or lawyer etc. but its not necessary. The home office can check ur passport in their database easily.
