hi can any give me any advice on applyin for my husband who is in pakistan , we got married 5 months ago and i came back to the the uk in febuary 06. i am on carers allowance. I heard that if a uk citizen is pregnant she can apply for a visa straight away for her spouse and wont have to work? is this true please need information.As my husband is missing me terribly and wants to be here when the baby arrives. Who won't have to work? The UK isn't a free ride, we all have to work, certainly with a baby to look after. Can you explain yourself more clearly?

Why not have the baby in Pakistan?

Hello what i mean is tht i was born in the uk.and will be dependant on my husband working to provide income.i mean that if a uk resident is expecting a baby, because that what happend to a girl. will the visa be processed more quickly.
