How much will a lawyer cost to notarize my citizenship app?

Post by damo » Fri Sep 17, 2010 11:58 pm

Just wondering does anyone know how much (approximately) a solicitor will cost to notarize my documents and to witness my oaths needed to send in my application for Irish citizenship? Just trying to budget for the month and also would like to know that I'm not paying an unreasonable amount. Any information on this topic is appreciated. Thank you.

€10. Some people said they paid like €30, but that is a rip-off.

Wow great! I'm used to America where it seems you can't talk to a lawyer for less than like 500 bucks. This is great news for me. Thanks again for the reply.

it is 10 euro per document, so it can easily be 30 - application, birth cert affidavit, marriage cert affidavit.
