Need some help to make it clear

Ok, guys here is the situation.

I can not provide the origin certificate because it was sent to my home address

What I do have is a verification of reward from my university which contains:
My full name
Date of Birth
Qulification Obtained with
Program name
Award level
class
award date
date of registration
date of congregation

univeristy seal is also on this document

I also have a study letter from my faulty office of university

My problem is do really need use my degree certificate to replace this verfication of reward?

when a degree has been awarded, the same must be submitted with the application.

without degree there is no luck.

ask your parents to send you back here, by using or fedex it will more wuick and secure
