Tier 1 General Dependant Visa query

I am in UK for last 5 years. I was under different visa catergories in UK till last year and I got my Tier 1 General Visa on last
November 2009. I am appplying for Tier 1 General Dependant Visa for my wife on coming October 2010 and I want to make sure how much fund I should have in my bank account in last three months.

Do I need to have £ 533 pounds in my bank account for last three months or £ 1600 pounds? I am confused because, though I am in UK for last 5 years, I am under Tier 1 General Visa for less than a year in UK.

Would be much appreciated if anyone could help me with ma query.
