Hi All ...i am a British citizen my wife came to join me a year ago. i am taking Housing benefit and child benefit because my child born 3 month ago.i want to ask you is it OK to claim those benefit even though my wife passport says no recourse of public fund and need to apply ILR after one year. and tell me please what about child tax credit? will that problem ? if it is i will stop as soon as possible.Thank you
