Post by raj218 » Sat Sep 25, 2010 4:30 pm

please Help me about doudt on third party accomodation

I am living with my ex wife. I want to bring my new wife in the UK. My ex wife offered me and my wife accomodation in her property as shared accomodation when my wife coming in the UK. She said we can live without paying any rent and as long as we want to stay. My ex wife is owner of the three bedroom property without any mortgage. At the moment me and my ex wife living in that house
I was going to rent house privately but she stop me not need to rent. she said she will give me invitation letter and house dead etc.Other thing my new wife is pregnant.

That is fine or not in spouse visa accommodation requirement

So you would be living in a house with your ex wife and your new wife? Or am I misunderstanding?

That's a bit weird. I would rent privately if I were you.
I tell it like it is.

If you intend to continue to live in the same house as your ex-wife, the ECO may well consider that this 2nd marriage is not genuine and refuse on these grounds.
