AM I IMPATIENT??? IS IT CARELESSNESS ON BHC'S PART??? HELP!!

[Confused and worried]

Some of you may know me by now....My Wifes visa refused on 30th of june, sent for appeal and received an acknowledgment letter on the 16th of JULY....Im confident it has gone to tribunal for hearing but so far i have heard nothing at all, totally in the dark and im wondering whether this is how its meant to be. Just bought tickets to go to India to visit my wife for a few weeks as well..totally frustrated and theres no chance to speak to the visa office in delhi , lines always engaged....
Can someone who is/has been on the same boat, someone who knows the subject ie sushdmehta ...ur guidance is needed. Cheerio
