so sorry to hear abt ure bad news tasawer... get ure appeal case done assoon as possible and improve the points that they refused on.. inshallah Allah will grant the visa next time keep positive.

ZeddyZed... me and u have the same date when our apps started to get processed... so i was wondering when do u think we hear hear any news? or our employers being contacted?

i have pm you the e-mail address of the lawyer in lahore who works for ias .you will see the name of the organization in your refusal letter suggested by the high commision and i am sure they have an office in mirpur so send him the details ans ask appeal or fresh application.

Hi everyone,

Inshallah everyone will get good news.

just to give u some time guide line

I applied on 13 May 2010 in islamabad
My husband work place got contacted on 26 July 2010
They issued a visa on 1st September 2010
I collected passport on 8 September 2010
Came next day to uk on 9 September 2010 (was really missing my hubby so got flight striaght away

)

I have been thru all this and i knw its hard and scary too. Just to let u guyz knw they told me in email on 3rd september they have issued a visa and i will be contacted in next 2 weeks to collect passport. I thought i wont be able to celebrate eid with my hubby but shuker ul humduillah i got visa 2 days before eid and on chand raat i was in uk with my hubby doing shopping for eid on statford road

I knw its the hard time but just keep faith on Allah miya and inshallah everyone will grant a visa

AOA ALL,
My wife apply for dependent visa from lahore last week, they keep the photo copies and original passport but give back original documents. and i track passport, its show that, PROCESSED ApPLICATION RETURN TO AC. only in 4 days i got this status. can any one tell me about this why they give real docs back and in 4 days application return to AC. thanx

why thye returned the original docs i do not know ,but the status for most people changes in this much time returned to oc .Now i think the load is decreasing so applictaions will be processed under 3 months range is between 10 to 18 weeks

I am going to submit my wifes application on friday.

Surprised to hear about 12-16 week waiting times because on the website they have figures come in for august and they have much improved.

Most likely there was a delay for the june july apps only link below...

by looking at the info provided by other applicants seems like they might contact our employers near end of October sometime , and we might hear from bhc around mid November . But i hope they do it before this, i hate the wait.

This reminds me of school days like waiting for exam results, all that tension . But this is worse and more stressful

Please note these are statistics for decisions made in August not applications submitted in August to avoid confusion.

The best you can hope for is that they catch up and and return to processing most applications within twelve weeks.

as i understand these are ranges and for every casr it is different.in my case application is going on 16 th week while there was a general delay for june july app.but tweety applied in may 13 th and she got it back in september while many may ones got around 10 to 14 weeks,

but waiting times will come around 12 weeks as load of summer is lifting.

in my case bhc needed some clarification otherwise app would have been decided aon 9thh sep

0871 7043005

but can't ring the above numbers.

does some one post a number to book appoint from UK.

I don't think the summer load is the problem, I think it's the new rules, personally I think it will stay busy until Next Year as people will be submitting apps right upto November.

Personally I tried on numerous occasions to get through to them and failed, the only option I could find was to call them from within Pakistan.

My status changed online today to collect your passport but my wife at her parents house in punjab so she will back in 2 days and collect her passport on wednesday
