Convert to old HSMP to new HSMP (tier1)

Post by tgs » Sun Apr 09, 2006 8:46 pm

I understand from reading all the topics that the new tier 1 system will allow ILR after 2 years.

I'm have HSMP now for 2 years. I'm thinking maybe I should apply/convert for the Tier1 VISA. Then it will mean I get ILR after 2 years ?

What do you think ?

Since it is more than a year before the new system will be implemented, I think this question is likely premature. By the time this would be an option, most of us will likely already qualify for ILR anyway.
