Document List for PSW

hey..

I am going to be applying for my Tier 1 PSW in a few days.

I was wondering if anybody here, either someone who has already applied or someone going to apply can help me out in letting me know of the documents required for the application (basically every document required and in which order it should be kept while posting the application).

This I guess will also help others who are going to make the same application soon.
