Anybody here got an insight to the landed PR scheme of Singapore.
How does one apply and qualify for the initial work visa for singapore whether its S , P or the EP

I think the way it works is like this "get employment first and then your visa is processed"

I would look for some employment / job portals and see whether my skills fit there or not.

I am contemplating on trying this route but the only thing that puts me off is somewhere I read that you should be in the top 1% of the workforce to get this one and I am certainly not. So I do not want to waste my money in that huge appl fee.... So as you see I am a bit confused now and am holding back at this point in time

SMC is a registered body in singapore that is authorised to do this type of immigration for foreigners. Read to section (e) scroll down.
