Earnings evidence query !!!

Dear all

I am applying Tier 1 general on Nov 1st i suppose but i am bit confused when coming to my earnings evidence please help me out...


1) I have earned within the period of 12 months enclosing bank statement and payslips as evidence

2) If i earn in any period LESS THAN 12 months time in that case would i need to submit my bank statement for the whole 12 or 15 months say (Aug 09-Nov 10/ Nov 09-Nov 10?) statement or bank statement reflecting last few months with earnings

3) Apart from bank statement can i be able to submit my payslips that also reflected in my bank statement lesser than 12 months time say just 9 months in last 12 months

4) Would be a problem if i submit my bank statement for just 9 months that proved as evidence for my earnings with payslips for just nine months time? [Jan-Nov]

PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

Within the last 15 months period from your date of application you can provide earning evidences for any CONSECUTIVE 12 month period or less...god luck!!

any specific reason, you want to apply for lesser time?
I understand, you must be good on points.

The reason being i hold bank account from other bank till Jan but it was closed for some issues and the transactions was poor since i was in India for the past 8 months from mar till oct.
