What do my dependants need to make an application?

Thanks for the response, sorry about the unclear question.
I’m a PSW visa holder, recently got married and want to apply dependant visa for my wife from outside UK. I mean she is not in UK but I’m.
May i know which application should she use to apply for dependant visa?
Thanks,

Thanks, is that just one form for dependent apply separately? Because i am already hold psw visa and here in UK.
How much will be the fees for this application? Because in that form it says its free on top.
Sorry about silly questions, because I’m confused and couldn’t find any information!

Visa application fees - Type of visa: Work wrote:Fees for dependants

Dependants are charged the same fee as the main applicant, unless stated otherwise. All dependants who are travelling must pay the fee whether or not they are included in the main applicant's passport.
