Dependant visa for baby born in UK - Docs list

Dear Friends,

I am going to send the application tomorrow and I would be really helpful if someone can confirm the following docs list is fine or am I missing something, Just to give a brief about my situation,I am contractor having my limited company,and got my WP to Tier 1 visa this April 2010.So the docs are

A. Copy of passports of my wife and mine with Tier 1 visa.
B. Tier 1 visa reference letters of my wife and myself.
C. Duly filled in visa form for my baby
D. Son’s birth certificate
E. Last 3 months bank statements.

I) HSBC Bank UK - xxx Pounds
Please note, as cycle of bank statement is from 26th till 25th of every month, from
26th Sep 2010 tilldate, I got transactions printed in bank letter head.

F. Contract of employment(3 months rolling contract)
G. My 2 month salary slips
H. Current tenancy agreement.
I. 2 recent photo’s of baby

Hope these are sufficient,and 1) hope not attach my dividend vouchers (as it will take a couple of days to get from my auditor),if necessary will add that too ? 2) Any details of my limited company or any docs to be kept ?
