Minister of Religion Visa

I need urgent help.I am currently employed as a Minister of Religion in a christian organisation(sponsorship), my visa expires in 2012.

There has been some doctrinal issue within this organisation and financial issues which I do not prescribe to.I would like to leave this organisation and start my own church.

The question is am I entitled to stay as a founder of a church with probably 30members to begin with?

I do not want to do any other work.

The visa restricts you to work for the named sponsor.

If you wish to start your own church, you will need to apply for leave to remain under a category which allows you to be self-employed e.g.- Tier 1 (General).
