EEA3 and EEA4 need help about CSI please

Hi
i am non-eea national. entered in uk on dec 2003 visit visa. applied work permit [ refuesd june 2004 ], appealed. when appeal pending applied permission to get marry on feb 2005 [with A8 nationa partnerl ] received COA on april 2005 waited till december 2005 then withdraw my application left uk on same month due to illness of my father..
Mid march 2006 get married with my A8 partner in my home country.
on 20 june 2006 three months after marry send me all doc with eea family permit starting on the date of interview. 27 april and valid for 1 year. i arrived uk 24 june 2006.
On september 2006 apply for RC me and my wife. received COA in october. then received all doc back on 8 feb 2007 issued 5 years RC starting from 31 jan 2007 for me and registration certificate [blue card ] with no expiry date for my wife.

now this year in aug 2010 my wife she complete her 5 year uk residency as full time employed but in this 5 years she changed so many employers. some time she left job but start next job within two weeks after leaving first one. only one time she have gap of upto 1 month and 20 days.

the time she is unemployed she didnt applied for job seeker allowance. because i am working full time since i enter uk. and we didnt take CSI [comp sickness insu ] because we dont know about this.

Now next year we both are going to apply for permanent residency together. and before that i want to make sure with all of u great people that the doc i hold are correct.

my wife doc list;
P60s 5 years
Payslips 5 years 2 months untill today
Joint tenency aggrement since we are together oct 2004
Bank statments is only for 3 year [ previous losted ]
This year we moved house so , council tax. electric ,and water bills is only from dec 2009. in my previous flat all bills are inclusive in rent. Thats all i have from my wife.

my doc details.
P60s 4 years [ applying pr when 5 p60 i received ]
payslips ,and i been self employed for 10 months. got tax return. and NI contribution payment slips.
Bank statments from aug 2006
i got my NHS CARD that they issued me on 2004 when i applied work permit thats later refused.
and same previous joint tenency aggrement. and from current home joint tenency. joint bills. electric, water and council tax.

i got some electrol register polling card for me and my wife.

so please after reading all this long details kindly help me that did i need CSI [ comprehensive sickness insurance ] for that 1 month 20 days when my wife she didnt work. or any other documents.

any advice plz

you have nothing to worry about, basically your Wife can apply for the PR when ever she wants as long as she complete her 5 years being here and working, (treaty right)

Regarding the work gaps we are human so she can have even 6 months off, per years the only thing that the HO can look at is the benefit claim as long as, if she didn’t claim a penny no need to worry about.

Regarding your work, you need to remember that you don’t have to submit any is only your EEA sponsors that need to provide the P60 and payslips….. treaty right ).

Actually, you have gotten your answer already... As your wife seems to have been a worker throughout a period of five years, and a short period of unemployment does not change that status (though she should have registered her unemployment), a separate CSI was never needed.
