In that case, what's her visa status in the UK? Does she have a fiancee visa?

After the marriage has happened your wife (as she will be) will need to apply (in the UK) for her 2-year spouse visa. The application can be made as soon as the marriage has happened ... it is not necessary to wait until near the end of the current 6-month fiancée visa.

The application will need to be made on form FLR(M). Download that ... preferably today while the IND website is working speedily ... normally during working hours it is extremely slow .... and having downloaded it, study it and note of a note of the documentary requirements when the application is made.
