bundles of thanks for all the guidness in advance.

i am a malaysian citzen. but i have got indefenite leave to remain in uk.
i got my ILR in 2006. i am divorced with my british husband.

i am married in malaysia now. i am in malaysia for about an year now.
i plan to come back UK. but currently i dont hold any job in uk to give evidance that i can support both myslf n my husband and we wont go on benefits, although i never claim benefits in uk.
i have got more than 10,000 pounds in my account would it be enough to show i can support both of us untill we get job.

do i need to show i have got accomodation aranged for us in uk???
any further guidness will truly b appreciated.

10k is enough but if you really want to cover all bases you should return to the uk on your own and find a job first.

Yes you need to arrange accommodation before your partner applies.

Whatever you need to do, bear in mind that you are not allowed to stay out of the Uk for over 2 years. That's why Casa was asking how long you've been out of the UK.
