WP Holder - Almost 5 years

Post by aung » Tue Oct 12, 2010 1:35 pm

Hi All,

I came here as student in 2002.
I joined this company in 2004 as part time work under the student visa.
I got full time offer in the same company in early 2006.
Now the company is dissolved and my time under WP visa is almost 5 years.

However ILR need to have 5 years continuous and job.
What can I do, what options do I have .

Please advice

Thanks in advanced

Thanks for ur feedback vinny.

I try really hard to get new sponsorship, however no luck so far and also as you know the job market situation for Tier-2.

Any suggestions or any others way ???
I am almost 5 years under WP visa and it was happened in the last minute.

1. Switch to Tier 1 (General).
2. Find a sponsor for Tier 2 application.
3. Marry a person settled in UK / British citizen.
4. Switch to Tier 4 (student).
5. Return home.
