Can bonus be included when claiming points for total earning

It says on the points based calculator to "Enter the total amount you have been paid during this period (of last 12 months)".

So can you include annual bonus figure when claiming points on last 12 month earnings or you have to mention only your annual salary figure?

Please note that bonus figure is also shown in the December payslip along with monthly salary. And tax is being deducted on both salary and bonus figures.
