Hi All,

If company A purchases Company B, How Long they have to wait before they can sponsor a Tier-2 for a staff at Company-B ?

Will be grateful for your assistance on this

as soon as they can satisfy all requirements to be a tier 2 visa sponsor!! thats how long!
