Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Hi,

Currently I am on Tier 2 ICT. There is a potential contracting offer. I dont qualify for Tier 1 now. Are there any umbrella companies that can sponsor my Tier 2 for a nominal fee ? Also i have following questions.

1. Are there any umbrella companies I can contact for spnsorship ? Any links will be much appreciated.

2. Can they sponsor dependents as well ?

3. What is the minimum % should I be paying the umbrella companies ?

4. is it legal to go contracting, under a spnsored tier2 ?
