tier 1 potential earnings

Post by Samelamin » Fri Oct 22, 2010 2:15 pm

Dear all

I am currently working as a software developer and my PSW was issued in jully 2010

However I need to be earning 35,000 by 2011 if i am to satisfy the 100 points for the tier 1

because i have a masters and am on the 25-30k bank I am only on 85 points.

My question is if i get a letter from my employers stating I will potentially get 35,000 this year can this suffice?

Regards
Sam

No, because Tier 1 (General) eligibility is on "past" earnings, not "potential" earnings!

PSW is also Tier 1!
