EEA FAMILY PERMIT 4 UNMARRIED PARTNERS!??

Hi everybody,

I have some questions to ask , please if someone know about eea family permit,
frankly my intentions are that i want to join my italian girlfriend in uk and to live and work there too. but i can see some difficulties in applying the visa EEA Family Permit.. As Unmarried, and will explain to you what it is still makes me very confused :

- My italian girlfriend she's live and work in the uk with no permanent residence!!
- She doesn't own or rent a home, just shares a single room with the other persons in a apartement, <do not have a contract of rent>,
- I've heard that if we plan to apply for EEA Family Permit, we have to proof that we have lived together for 2 years, how we could proof that? we know each other 2 years now but never lived together just visiting each other for few days.

you can't prove you'd lived together for two years - because you haven't!

If you havent lived togethor for 2 years then how can you qualify for an EEA permit. If your Girlfriend wants to make this work why doesnt she move to Italy, that way both of you will be legal there.I mean some one will have to sacrifice....Why should the NON eea national have to move always and come to UK.

yeah, because shes there, living n working, which mean we gotta live together, i have never ever though about uk but who knows, anyway so i cant do it? i mean if there is another way? without a contract of rent or something, any idea please?

A rental contract doesn't show you have lived together if you haven't lived together. You would need more than that anyway. How long has your girlfriend been in the UK? Have you lived together outside the UK?

i've never been to UK. only my firlfriend/fiancèe.

We used to visit each other in every few weeks, we traveled together in differnet countries, like france,montecarlo,morocco,italy, and we have pictures and the tickets flights too. what do you think!? which is best way? or best visa? EAA Family Permit or Fiance Visa but she doesn't have rent contarct home, she rent a single room in a apartment. but she work.
