The Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) Team is currently experiencing a
significant increase in the number of HSMP applications. As a result a
number of measures are being introduced with the aim of returning service
levels to the published standards. Applications are currently taking
approximately 12-14 weeks to process.

Decisions cannot be given by e-mail or by phone. All decisions will be given
in writing directly from the HSMP team.
