Applying for a UK Tier 2 Visa in the US

Hello, does anyone know if there is a place in the US where I can make an appointment to get a Tier 2 visa? Similar to what is set up here in the UK and I could get it in one day?

That's only in the UK (in-person applications decided on the same day).

If you have a CoS issued by an A-rated sponsor you need to do an online entry clearance form, a paper form, get an appointment for fingerprinting and then you could use a visa company to run it to the consulate and collect the passport the following day.
