Application for naturalisation as a British citizen

Hi, im trying to fill out an Application for naturalisation as a British citizen form (AN form). I have a problem with confirming my dates of when i left UK and for how long. It seems like this hasn't been documented anywhere?
Is there a way of finding out what days and for how long i was traveling to another country for the last 5-7 years? I havent got any stamps on my passport because i was only traveling to Europe for no more then a week each year and everything was done electronicly. The imgration officer just swiped my passport and that was it.
I'd really appreciate any help.

Perhaps your SAR file may contain details of when you entered the UK. Did you not keep your boarding cards or tickets?

I had the same problem to document the days I have left UK for past six years. I haven't got any stamps in my passport, and I travelled within Europe on my ID card usually. However I keep all records of my flights details on www.flightmemory.com just because aviation is one of my hobbies. Only this way I could provide my travel history, I didn't request for the SAR file. I Hope this will be enough for HO to approve my application (sent 14.10.2010)
